America Needs Jobs, Not Speeches
President Obama will address a Joint Session of Congress on September 8, 2011 to lay out a new stimulus plan similar to the failed 2009 stimulus plan. Unemployment rate is now higher than the President projected it would be even without his stimulus plan.
