1 Download the Firmware File (if needed):
∆ Go to www.hp.com/go/support.
∆ Select "Software and Drivers" and then "Printer."
∆Enter your printer model (M202dw) and search.
∆Locate the Firmware Update file in the Firmware section and download it.
2. Update the Firmware
∆Double-click the downloaded firmware update file.
∆Select your printer from the drop-down menu.
