Instant lemon ice tea granulate in water.
They generate gas bubbles which lift them to the surface where they eventually detach due to the dissolution process.
Sadly I didn't have the right lighting conditions to film the trails of clucose creating slight distortion effects in the water. It looks like rockets shooting into the sky and then forming a trail downwards there. It is beautiful.
