Using this video you should be able to teardown your Oculus Quest 2 controller.
I've included anything that I thought was relevant, so you can learn from my experience.
I tore mine apart cause the buttons were acting up. Couldn't depress them all the way and they wouldn't trigger. While they would've still been under warranty, I wasn't willing to wait for replacements, so I did it myself.
