Login facebook id in Facebook Lite Application.
Go to settings
Select Language and Region
Than select 7 no language from bottom.
Now come home and open settings again.
You will see an option how to control privacy
Than select no. 1 option.
In this way you can lock profile.
Now again open 3 bars from top and select language option labeled "Aa".
Change language to English.
