INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH
1 stick of butter 113g
1/4 stick of cream cheese 2 oz
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup of regular wheat flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
9" PANS
CHEESEPIE FILLING
1 stick of cream cheese 8 oz
1 splash of vanilla 2 tbsp
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 egg for brushing the edges
PUMPKIN PIE FILLING 🎃
1 can of pumpkin puree (425g)
1 egg
3 egg yolks (yolks only)
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tbsp ground cloves
1/2 tbsp ground ginger
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 can of condensed milk
1 egg for brushing the edges of the pie
PECAN PIE FILLING
1 cup maple syrup
3 eggs
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 dash of vanilla
2 tbsp approximately
2 cups chopped walnuts
Walnut halves for decoration
