When it comes to our roller capabilities, we can make rollers as small as a dime. We have yet to come across a project that exceeds our limitations.
When it comes to what we’re able to deliver, we have a few questions for you:
• How much does your core weigh?
• How much urethane do you need on them?
• Does it need to be machined? Or can we just mold it?
If we can mold it ourselves, that opens up our capabilities much more. But if your project needs to be machined or put on a lathe due to its weight, then that becomes a safety issue and could potentially involve some limitations.
We’re Experts at Cutting Custom Urethane Products
Using cutting tools to cut urethane and leave a smooth finish is an art, and our machinists are very good at it. We have CNC lathes, we can cut profiles, radiuses, grooves, you name it. We can crown rollers and give them hourglass shapes. We’ve been doing it for decades.
Our Custom Urethane Materials
PSI Urethanes only sells high-grade urethane, which sets us apart from other urethane manufacturers that sell a low-grade urethane option.
For our rollers, the durometer range goes from 10A to 95A. We venture into the D-scale in a 50D to 70D material.
Whether it be FDA polyurethane or some other specification, we can do all of that with our custom urethane rollers.
If you need grip, then you need something softer. While some urethane suppliers might be 40A and up, that won’t do you any good if you need something like a 38A. Here, we can do that for you.

Most of our business is recovering existing cores. It’s where we’re the strongest.
When you can’t find that product on the market anymore then you’re talking about replacing original OEM parts. That’s our niche. If you’re looking for something custom and can’t be found anywhere, we can do it.
