OBS Video Settings Fixed! [Greyed out Video Settings/Higher Recording Framerate]
Threw this video together just to help those of you out there who may need some assistance like I did. I was trying to change my settings for like an hour and couldn't figure out why my video settings tab was greyed out. Found a fix that worked for me so hopefully it works for you too. I kept seeing things about check your NDI Output and I couldn't even find that in my tool bar, I tired uninstalling OBS and that didn't work. Not until I manually deleted my virtual camera plug in did it allow me to edit my video settings again.
Also quick second tip I found out when it comes to smooth recording. You can change your quality and file size in the output tab under settings. This allows for a higher bitrate while recording and more accurate portrayal of what's happening on screen.
