This build assumes that the user has a basic understanding of modding and weapons building, as well as access to some pretty rare and hard to get mods.
In the Zephyr build, you can use more power strength, dropping stretch for intensift for example. This increases the movement speed and projectile speed even more, but that's up to personal preference.
UPDATED BUILD: My Zephyr build has changed, and you can find the new build on a video in my on my channel, my Personal Zephyr Build video. For the tonkor, I've ditched terminal velocity and instead went with Primed Fast Hands.
