[Project ORPG] Text Altcode Support (Text Update)

I've now added ascii + ISO Latin-1 (ISO 8859-1) support for the text-curve. You can now use 194/256 character codes (altcodes = for example ALT+20(NUMPAD)). The rest don't work because python doesn't recognize them as strings.
