We are in late winter here...trout are off limits and we're waiting for most fish to become active... One of the first fish that come to life in spring (and yes you can catch em in winter too) is the creek chub. The creek chub is an awesome big fish bait.... Whether you are going after bass, monster browns, or catfish.... just about every predatory fish around these parts cannot resist creek chub!
