Install Nutanix AHV (hypervisor only) on VMware Workstation Pro 16 with VMs managed by virt-manager
References installing Nutanix AHV version 20201105.1082 (hypervisor only - ie no hyperconverged features by default) on VMware Workstation Pro 16.
Kali linux and Windows 2019 are installed using virt-manager.
