While I was in jail, locked up for something I didn't do, I couldn't stop staring at the chains that were holding my leg to a wall.
As soon I got free, I started playing around in Cinema 4D trying to crete those same chains that could be animated with dynamics.
Found this nice way to do it and decided to share it with you!
