There are 3 ways of getting blood points above the cap, but only one way to get to 15 Million.
1 Gifted bloodpoints (ex: bloodpoints you get for signing in, usually during events)
2 Bloodpoint redemption codes via the store (examples included)
3 Monthly reset Bloodpoints every 13th of the month. Bloodpoints vary depending on how high of a grade you achieved for that month
Most importantly, Don't spend any bloodpoints for about 16 months.
