How to Upload Bulk Patron Images in koha
In this video, I tried to explain how we can bulk upload images to multiple patron accounts in a single process in Koha.
1. Arrange your photos in a folder.
2. Create the Notepad,and Edit Rename: IDLINK.TXT
3. Open the Notepad
4. Enter the Lib card Number and photo name,format
5. Enter the all patrons details Save and Close
6. Select all photos and IDLINK.TXT file Create the ZIP file
7. Open Koha / Tools /Upload patron images
8. Select the file to ZIP File upload.
Your patron images successful Upload.
