I used the dual cooking grates. Cooked up flap meat and chorizo, I seasoned the meat with garlic salt, seared about 4 min per side. Bread was toasted, topped with rice, tomatoes, and garnished with cilantro onion and topped with my guacamole salsa. Who’s in?
