Developer vLog #2 | How To Use Spring OAuth 2.0 | Exploring | Understanding | Programming Time Lapse
This video is my exploration of the OAuth 2.0 Authorization mechanism using spring provided libraries. I had done this some years back, But things have changed since then and I wanted to give a shot at it again.
In this we explored two mechanism :
1. Authorization code flow.
2. Client Credentials flow.
We figured out that the authorization server is no longer supported directly by spring anymore but rather there is community driven project.
We also figured out the password grant type is deprecated in OAuth 2.1 version.
I am happy I got to explore this again.
I Know there is huge gap since my last video but I will be making more such exploration videos.
