BL3 - CoV Repair Time Stat Change Bug
After a save&quit the repair time on CoV weapons change.
This has been messing with me for so long, that I finally got fed up and decided to record it for proof that I'm not just insane.
It also seems to not affect rifles at all.
Really wonder how the hell Gearbox ever managed this one.
