1) Use search tools. Learn to "quote" certain queries, so you get firmer results
2) Get chatting!
3) Yeah, ummm... stackoverflow
And importantly don't be afraid to meet people in real life at conferences and such. That GREATLY helps people help you online when you have built that relationship.
