Tally Prime में Interest Calculation और Interest Feature enable करने का पूरा step-by-step detail
1. Tally Prime में Interest Calculation क्या है?
Interest calculation एक feature है जो आपको late payment, outstanding balance, loan/advance, या किसी भी receivable/payable पर interest automatically calculate करने में मदद करता है।
• अगर कोई customer payment late करता है → आप उसके invoice पर interest लगा सकते हैं।
• अगर आपने किसी supplier को समय पर payment नहीं किया → आप interest दे सकते हैं।
• Loans/advances पर भी यह feature काम करता है।
2. Interest Calculation Feature Enable कैसे करें?
Step 1: Company Features में Enable करना
1. Gateway of Tally → Alt + K (Company) → Accounting Features (F11)
2. वहाँ option मिलेगा → Activate Interest Calculation? → Yes कर दें।
3. फिर पूछेगा → Use advanced parameters?
o अगर आप अलग-अलग invoice पर अलग नियम लगाना चाहते हैं तो Yes कर सकते हैं।
o Simple case में No भी रख सकते हैं।
3. Interest Parameters Set करना (Ledger Level पर)
अब जिस party ledger (Debtor / Creditor) पर आपको interest लगाना है:
1. Gateway of Tally → Create / Alter Ledger
2. Interest Calculation Applicable? → Yes
3. अब आपसे detail पूछेगा जैसे:
o Calculate Interest Transaction by Transaction → (Yes/No)
o Override parameters for each transaction? → (Yes/No)
o Rate of Interest → e.g. 18% p.a.
o Style of Calculation →
30-day month
Calendar month
Actuals (Days)
o Applicability → From Due Date / From Date of Invoice / Always
4. Interest Calculation in Transaction
जब आप उस party के साथ कोई Sales / Purchase / Journal entry करेंगे,
• Due Date set करना ज़रूरी है।
• अगर payment due date के बाद होता है → Tally automatically interest calculate करेगा।
5. Interest Report कैसे देखें?
1. Gateway of Tally → Display More Reports → Statement of Accounts → Interest Calculations
2. यहाँ आप देख सकते हैं:
o Party wise outstanding interest
o Invoice wise interest detail
o Period wise breakup
6. Practical Example
👉 मान लीजिए आपने 01-04-2025 को Customer को ₹1,00,000 का Sale किया और Due Date 30 days रखा।
• Interest Parameters: 18% per annum, From Due Date
• अगर Customer payment 15-05-2025 को करता है (15 days late) →
Interest = 1,00,000 × 18% × 15/365 = ₹739.73 (approx.)
Tally यह automatically calculate करके report में दिखा देगा।
