In this atmosphere of progressive debilitation, Halloween seems like a party: pumpkins and lanterns, costumes and trinkets, candy-pills-cigarettes, songs and dances, selfie-likes... But in reality, it's a massive transnational business project with billions in turnover. And most importantly, it's a kind of initiation, a dedication of suckers to a cult they—literally—know nothing about...
Если коротко и по-нашему: Хеллоуин - это вовсе не такой себе модный американский карнавал и не развлекательное хоррор-шоу, как многие почему-то думают. И тем более - это не про "Вечер накануне Дня всех святых" (All Hallows Eve)... Корни - в мутной истории Самайна, обрядового кельтского гульбища, связанного с поклонением языческим "богам", человеческими жертвоприношениями и другими попытками наладить "взаимовыгодные отношения" с чертями...
Ну, кому к чертям - вопросов нет. А вот остальным весельчакам да приколистам - стоило бы, наверное, подумать...
