Shahadah, also known as the Testimony of Faith, is the fundamental declaration of belief in Islam.
Here is the phrase to say, when a person reverting to Islam Alhamdulillah
In Arabic اَشْہَدُ اَنْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللّٰہُ وَ حْدَہٗ لَا شَرِیْکَ لَہٗ وَ اَشْھَدُ اَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُہٗ وَ رَسُوْلُہٗ
Arabic Transliteration
Ash-hadu anla ilaha illal-Lahu Wahdahu la Sharika Lahu wa-ash-hadu anna Muhammadan abduhu wa rasuluhu.
English Translation
“I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, the One and the Only, without any partner; and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger.”
