**Ingredients**

Red Snapper
Prawns/shrimps
8-10 medium sized fresh tomatoes - sliced
1 large onion- sliced
Green Chillies
1 medium red onion
5 cloves of fresh garlic
1 thumb fresh ginger
***Spices to marinade the fish and to Season Gravy***
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp onion granules
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp vegetable Boullion
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp paprika
salt tt
