In this video, I'll use the example of a house being built in a cottage community to demonstrate why construction supervision (technical supervision) is necessary on-site. In this episode, we conducted a final inspection of all completed work during the final stage of construction of a private home. A total of six site visits were made. The contractor always promptly and responsibly addressed all issues identified during technical supervision. The house's construction period was six months.
