Rules Update:
The ice token can only be removed if a card that is drawn says so. It cannot be replaced with a fire token. Also, the iced pawn cannot be bumped back to start, so if a pawn lands on it by exact count you will have to move another pawn.
You can send a pawn with a fire token back to start.
