In this video, I'll show you step-by-step how to correctly perform the Permanent Wave Service as evaluated on the Texas Cosmetology Practical Exam.
During the demonstration, you will learn:
👉 Proper preparation and disinfection of the work area
👉 Organization of materials required for this section of the exam
👉 Proper placement of a minimum of six (6) curlers in the center back section
👉 Correct use of foils for ends
👉 Types of wraps (double wrap, book wrap, and single wrap)
👉 Demonstration of curl saturation (simulated with water, according to exam rules)
👉 Curl formation test as requested by the examiner
