I was walking in the streets of Manila to go buy a late night snack when I spotted those guys at work. The guy was balancing himself on top of a flimsy latter in the middle of the street figuring his way through a spaghetti of powerlines and other types of cables, while his colleague is holding the latter and hoping not to get hit by a motorbike or a truck.
