How to Stop Maya from Crashing!
remember that overall Maya is very good with handling multicore operations, and this is mostly for i9 13900 and 14900, but please share your experience what is your CPU, and did you face the issue when doing the quick camera movement with Arnold or if you load the play the Bifrost scene?

Important Update: in my case updating Bios fixed the issue completely and I can now use all my CPU threads without any issue, please update the bios if you face a similar issue.
if you still had crashes even after the bios update, you can consider changing the Windows power option to "balance" or limiting CPU power usage from bios.
