During the course of the past 8+ weeks of COVID 19 Stay-At-Home orders, many therapists across the country have switched to teletherapy formats via Zoom, Google Meet, Theraplatform, Go-To Meetings, and Microsoft Teams. Using a green screen has been the best tool that I have found in pediatric teletherapy. Green screen allows children to maintain attention and have a high level of interaction with their speech language pathologist. I am primarily using Zoom as my video conferencing platform. This video also shows how to use Google Meet with a green screen as well. I have had great success using these methods. My greatest hope is that tele-therapy practices become a new wave of therapy delivery long past COVID 19 in order to reach rural homes and individuals who otherwise would not be able to receive therapy services. #zoom #greenscreen #distancelearning
