The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Yennefer! (Stuttering Fixed see description)
Nvidia Control Panel: PhysX reassigned to CPU. In-Game Settings: Boardless Window disabled to Full Screen, Frame Limit capped to 60fps with Vsync turned, Hairworks turned off of course.
This has fixed a lot of the stuttering I was experiencing in my GTX 770 4GB Classified running in SLI, now I get a capped 60fps in almost all areas of the game! New Nvidia Drivers are also rumored to be on the way to further help with performance.
