What is Mirage ? | Total Internal Reflection
Total internal Reflection, it is a special case of Refraction. Mirage, Orange-Red Sky during sunrise, glowing water droplet on plat leaf they are all example of Total Internal Reflection.
The fun part is we have studied and learnt the optical phenomenon and now we use this in communication.
