Sony Vegas : How To use "Track Motion" Tutorial
Track motion is very effective, it's basically 3D in vegas. Unlike AAE where you have to add a whole new camera and use the 3d rotation tool.
Using this allows you to be able to use you video, text...etc whilst you change the angle on viewing it with. Great for making Promotional video's and intro's.
