1 HVAC Engineer MUST have a degree in
Bachelor of
Science in
Electrical /
Mechanical Engg. 16 years maintaining HVAC systems in the petrochemical or refining industry.
Should have at least 5 years work experience on the following controllers like Honeywell
Controller, Siemens DDC controller, G.E. DDC controller, Carrier Microprocessor
Must have at least five (5) years’ experience in Integrated Management System (IMS), planning and documentation.
Must be very knowledgeable on technical support for the use and care of various tools and equipment required for the trade.
Must also be knowledgeable on technical support to welding, soldering, brazing and plumbing works related to HVAC.
2 HVAC
Supervisor /
Foreman MUST have a degree in
Bachelor of
Technology in
Electrical /
Mechanical Engg. 18 years Must be Certified Air Conditioning Mechanic with the supporting certificates
Have fifteen (18) years’ experience on trouble shooting, repair, maintenance, and operation of all phases of commercial HVAC units with at least five (5) of those years in maintaining HVAC systems in the petrochemical or refining industry.
Should have at least 5 years work experience on the following controllers like Honeywell
Controller, Siemens DDC controller, G.E. DDC controller, Carrier Microprocessor
Certificates should support the years of experience for above mentioned controllers.
Must be very knowledgeable on the use and care of various tools and equipment required for the trade
3 HVAC
Electrical
Control
Technician MUST have
Bachelor of
Technology in
Electrical Engg or equivalant. 10 years Must be certified to their fields with supporting certificates. At least seven (7) years experience on trouble shooting, repair, maintenance, and operation of all types of commercial HVAC units such as split-type, window-type, package-type, chiller-type and any other combination in addition to at least three (3) in the petrochemical or refining industry. 16
Should have at least 5 years work experience on the following controllers like Honeywell
Controller, Siemens DDC controller, G.E. DDC controller, Carrier Microprocessor
Certificates should support the years of experience for above mentioned controllers.
Must be very knowledgeable on the use and care of various tools and equipment required for the trade.
Must also be very knowledgeable to soldering, brazing and plumbing works related to HVAC.
4 HVAC
Mechanical
Sr. Technician MUST have
Bachelor of
Technology in
Electrical Engg or equivalant. 8 years’ experience Have minimum eight (8) years’ experience on trouble shooting, repair, mechanical/ compressor, blower and chiller overhauling, alignment and all other related mechanical maintenance jobs related to all types of commercial HVAC units under petrochemical or refining industry. 32
Must be very knowledgeable on the use and care of various tools and equipment required for the trade.
Must also be very knowledgeable to welding, brazing and plumbing works related to HVAC.
5 HVAC
Mechanical
Technician Relevant
Qualification to Work in
Petrochemical 5 years Must have at least 3-5 years minimum HVAC helper experience, capable of working hard labor works and must be able to understand instructions in simple English. 16
Must be very knowledgeable on the use and care of various tools and equipment required for the trade.
Must also be very knowledgeable to welding, brazing and plumbing works related to HVAC.
Can work with minimum supCan work with minimum supervision under petrochemical or refining industry.
