Sometimes you just gotta spin that meteorite right round, baby! Also, I do realize I'm calling it an asteroid in the videos. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Turns out there are tons of names for space rocks:
Meteoroid - a small rocky or metallic body in outer space
Meteor - the visible passage of a glowing meteoroid, micrometeoroid, comet, or asteroid through Earth's atmosphere, after being heated to incandescence by collisions with air molecules in the upper atmosphere, creating a streak of light via its rapid motion and sometimes also by shedding glowing material in its wake.
Meteorite - a solid piece of debris from an object, such as a comet, asteroid, or meteoroid, that originates in outer space and survives its passage through the atmosphere to reach the surface of a planet or moon.
Asteroid - minor planets, especially of the inner Solar System
Planetoid - larger asteroids
Comet - an icy, small Solar System body that, when passing close to the Sun, warms and begins to release gases
Micrometeoroid - a tiny meteoroid
Cosmic dust - dust which exists in outer space
Hopefully you can sympathize with my confusion. Anyway, back to it:
Screen Tap
Sends a pulse when the screen is tapped. This can create a chain reaction of fun!
Counter
Increases or decreases by one every time it receives a pulse. This is a great way to keep track of the value of something that changes over time.
Exponential Smoothing
Takes a number input and smooths it out over time. The larger the number, the smoother and slower it behaves. Larger numbers also tend to introduce lag since it's averaging values over a larger span of time. If you're using exponential smoothing to smooth out something tracked to a face, keep the values plenty small so the object doesn't fall behind.
