as some of you know the new 4 star weapon called "the catch" is obtained through a really big fishing grind, ironic in a way that you could max refine it faster than the prototype weapons as those require billets. billets are rng drops from the weekly bosses, the fish needed for "the catch" can be gotten easily if you know the locations and visit strangers.
