Design a build for the arena that new players can make.
4000 - 4300 powerscore
kudos for only using common, rare, special parts
kudos no upgraded parts
kudos for low level structural parts (ie engineers lunatics nomad scavenger non prestige parts)
kudos for countering 3 Borer, Skinner, trucker build evgenyu on exhibition
significant part must be your own work
if you started from an exhibition build you must credit the original builder
build from exhibition with reworked weapon layout is ok
build from exhibition with a new paint job is not ok
put your entry in the exhibition (PC) keep it there until competition ends

It would be more appropriately marked 'mixed audience' since it isn't really aimed at kids but kids and adults will watch it. COPPA allows for mixed audience videos. Youtube however has not implemented mixed audience videos, I wonder why?
