Bionano Genomics Stock | Some Problems With BNGO
BNGO stock is receiving lots of attention from retail investors, some who claim Bionano Genomics stock is the next Illumina waiting to happen. The last time we looked at $BNGO stock it was being hyped to the moon based on some interest expressed by ARK Invest on Twitter than ended up going nowhere. Today, BNGO stock is trading at less than a dollar which means a delisting may be in their future. More concerning would be all the cash they're burning with a large salesforce that isn't selling machines fast enough. Will their at-the-market offerings be enough to sustain this company until they can expand those weak gross margins and start showing some semblance of profitability? We're not going to invest and find out. Bionano Genomics stock falls below our $1 billion market cap cutoff, so we're continuing to avoid this stock going forward.
