If you want to connect a Facebook Ad to ManyChat (outside Europe), you need to select "Advanced setup" under "Message destination".
Then, here you need to insert some JSON code that you are getting from ManyChat.

The first message is really important if you are setting up a Facebook Ad outside Europe.
The content type of the first message must not be changed!
Also, the first message cannot have any personalization, such as the first name of the user.
In general, I recommend setting some text in the first message block and adding one button or one quick reply.
For example: "We cannot wait to give you access yo our Black Friday sale! Click the button below to get access!"

If you want to connect a Facebook Ad to ManyChat (outside Europe), you need to add the "Facebook Ads JSON" trigger to your ManyChat flow.
Then, you need to publish your ManyChat flow and then you can copy the JSON code.
Finally, add that JSON code to your Facebook Ad and you are all set.
