"How to fix 'CPU priority/affinity access denied' on Windows 11"
C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /C start "" /affinity X "PATH TO YOUR PROGRAM"
Example:
C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /C start "" /affinity 55 "C:\Program Files\BlueStacks_nxt\HD-Player.exe"
When i set the value to 55, the cpu core will only use 0,2,4,6 P core.
