We're gonna treat these unwanted hairs around the belly button that women sometimes get. In her case, we know she has no underlying abnormality and there's nothing medically wrong to have caused this. So she's probably a really great candidate. In a few treatments we can really wipe out these black hairs. So we're gonna shine the laser on. Now the laser has been modified for her skin type, and we're gonna start the treatment. Notice that there's a little bit of black spots still left, but the actual energy has been absorbed by the hair follicle, and the shaft of the hair has been blown away.
In the next few days, these little hairs are just gonna fall off and there is going to be a recovery period. Of course, we're not gonna get any sun to this area, and in four weeks she's gonna be ready for her next treatment. And there we go, this is what it looks like after the treatment has been completed.
