Finding a Missing Snowboarder Using The DJI Matrice 30 Drone
When a snowboarder got off track on February 25, 2022, the sun was setting and temperatures were dropping rapidly. He called for help and the Weber County Search and Rescue team answered. They deployed the Matrice 30, which made quick work of locating the missing snowboarder. With PinPoints, the snowboarder's precise GPS coordinates were measured and shared, enabling snowmobile teams to facilitate the rescue.
