Auto add Google Workspace users to OU groups
This video demonstrates how to automatically add Google Workspace users to specific groups when they are moved into an organizational unit (OU), using the Foresight automation building tool.
In the demo, 3 users from different OUs are moved into the destination OU /Marketing/Digital Marketing. Traditionally, you need numerous mouse clicks and keyboard typing to add them into 4 groups that are "default" groups for the new OU. With Foresight, you only need to configure the automation in 5 minutes and it will take care of all the repetitive work.
