How to Fix Converted Mods / Remove Scripts / Farming Simulator 17
In this video I will show you some suggestions on how to fix some problems you may have experienced when trying to convert a mod from farming simulator 2015 to farming simulator 2017.
Or really from any previous version of farming simulator to fs 17.
For example:
Not loading in the shop
Not in / on mod list
Not showing up in-game
Not buying / Not buyable
Problems when purchasing
Causes severe lag, for seemingly no reason
This item could not be purchased
No StoreData - Item will be ignored
and all the like, errors.
The solutions offered in the video are what I found to work for me.
Your issues could possibly be different and the (possible) solutions here may not fix your problems, however, there is a good chance these fixes could work for you.
Also note that in any case, you can use the developer console or the game's log. The in-game developer console is just rather handy since you can see the errors in-game.
The biggest problems in these cases / the causes / the possible fixes, are gone over in this video rather thoroughly.
Basically the problem is usually related to malfunctioning scripts, and I will show you how to remove them.
So just watch it through, try my reccomendations, and you should be able to fix at least some of the problems you are having.
Needed are:
A computer
Basic Coding Knowledge
Notepad or Notepad ++ (Free)
