Why the Hema costs so much to Research! Developer Comments on Mutagen Samples - Warframe History
The Hema was introduced in Update 19.5: The Glast Gambit and quickly sparked discussion within the community due to it's Mutagen Sample research costs. Due to the issue that the majority of DE staff were out of the office for the holidays the controversy had to be addressed within the new year in Devstream #85.
This video recaps the Hema's controversial past and DE's statements on why the Hema's research costs or the Mutagen Sample drop rates & locations will never be changed.
