Python (PyVista) Method for 2D to 3D Mesh Reconstruction
My Python Medical Imaging program for generating a 3D Mesh from a 2D image. The program implements the VTK tube filter with varying radius feature.
I am using Python 3.6 and Spyder 4.2.5.
