Digitnow Video Capture Device - Feedback / Review
I've had two of these devices. One I had to be returned to Amazon for a refund due to the 4 issues I mention in the video and one that was sent to me (free) by the company who makes them. This second device was also faulty.
A big Thank You to Vivian at DigitNOW for sending me a free device but it also had 3 of the 4 issues mentioned. Great customer service but it was the product that let them down.
If there is a firmware upgrade that fixes these issues, I'd like to upgrade and test again. I'll then do another review video.
