1. open step 7 simetic manager
2. new project wizard
3. select cpu (i am selected pn/dp)
4. open hardware configuration and connect your cpu and compile
5. create wincc flexible station
6. add ethernet connection
7. compile and save
8. return project file and open blocks and find OB1 open your program which you want
9 open simulator download project to simulator and goto online
10. open wincc flexible connection setting and select on
11 go to symbol and select symbol from cpu
12 open screen and create program compile and run
