Buffs flew under radar
Increased by significant amount
Almost too much and is surprisingly good, especially for havoc
Are 3 possible boots with procs but toxic thornwraps were buffed more than the others.
Lost stamina isn’t an issue, especially with leech
Boots are increased by 100% with Toxified Armor Patch
Will need to shuffle around crafted gear and current embellishments because you can still only have 2 embellishments total.
Still worth getting rid of whatever you may have - blue silken lining, EVEN lariat at full gems. As you replace your gear and have less sockets on our gear, this choice becomes even easier.
Not only will you need to remove whatever embellishments you currently have, but you’ll need to make sure you have a second crafted piece of gear to put the Toxified Armor Kit on. (It needs to be armor - not a weapon or jewelry).
Removing an embellishment from your gear requires buying some dust from Griftah at the top of the Obsidian Citadel and then getting a crafter to apply that dust just as they would an embellishment, through a recraft order.
You will also need to replace your lariat with ideally a 418-421 crafted neck (better stats and higher ilvl but a m+ neck at 415 will do)
One thing to note is that crafted gear which is currently 418 ilvl BEFORE 10.1 will automatically become 421 AFTER the patch drops
Interesting things to note
Proc effect is hasted
Proc effect CAN crit and is affected by KYE
Boots coincidentally have CRIT/HASTE
The proc effect is considered a “spell” or “ranged attack” so it also procs one of the trinkets from raid - Igneous Flowstone
There was a nice crafted cloak with a built-in defensive embellishment that we may have used but this buff to the Toxic Thornwraps is too good.
