Chicken Spaghetti recipe:
Cook 16oz of spaghetti noodles in half water and half chicken broth then drain.
Sautee half an onion and one bell pepper in separate pan. Once cooked, add 1 lb of cooked shredded or cubed chicken to pan. Once chicken is heated, add the chicken, onion, & bell pepper to the drained pasta. Add one can of stewed tomatoes (I substituted for diced tomatoes & two cans of rotel), 1 can of cream of mushroom, 4 oz of mozzarella cheese and mix well. You can either serve from the pot or you can transfer to a baking dish, top with the another 4 oz of mozzarella cheese and bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
Let me know if you try this recipe!
