Amrozi's answers and reactions, the defendant in the Bali bombing case, were sometimes quite surprising. Not only for the judge, prosecutor, and his legal counsel, but also for the courtroom audience. Whether intended as humor or not, Amrozi's spontaneity during his testimony brought smiles to everyone's faces. The entire trial of the Bali bombing convicts was broadcast live on TVRI Bali and Bali TV to avoid large crowds and to ensure the smooth and secure proceedings.
